  Albert Moving & Storage -- ($19 million annual revenues.) Led strategy formulation and strategy execution initiative for this Department of Defense award winning outsource contractor for moving and logistics services.
     
  Weathermatic -- ($19 million annual revenues.) Led strategy clarification and strategy mapping exercise for leadership team of this manufacturer of award-winning, patent-protected irrigation systems.
     
  U.S. Army -- Assisted with strategic change and implementation to become a more "flexible and mobile organization." Conducted strategy formulation sessions and follow up strategy implementation sessions with the top Generals from all areas of the US Army. Resulted in implementing numerous organizational process changes including: communications, training, decision-making, and recognition systems.
     
  Harrods -- Assisted with designing and implementing a "customer first" strategy, including redesigning and implementing changes to the organizational training, communications, goals, measures, rewards, decision-making, and job roles and responsibilities.
